Early Voting for Idylwood Board of Directors Underway

Early voting for the 2009-2010 slate of Officers and Directors of the Idylwood Civic Club is from July 28 through August 15. You can also vote in person at the August 18, 2009 General Membership Meeting.

Get out and Vote for your 2009-2010 Idylwood Board of Directors!

The rules for early voting are simple.

Who?

To be eligible to vote, you must own a house, duplex, OR a store in the building along Lawndale. You do not have to live in Idylwood or have paid your Civic Club dues. If you own more than one house in Idylwood, you can vote once for each house. You CANNOT vote for a vacant lot.

When?

Early voting opens on July 28, and ends on August 15. You can also vote at the August 18 meeting.

How?

Vote for only one person for each officer position, and up to eleven (11) directors. If you vote for more than one person for any one officer position or more than 11 directors, then only the first officer and first 11 director votes will count.

Sign the ballot with your name and address. Unsigned ballots will not be counted if received during the early voting period. Only the first ballot received for any address will count.

Return the signed ballot by mailing it or by hand delivering it to:
