Resident Speaks at City Council Meeting

Here is the video from Tuesday’s City Council meeting where Idylwood resident Frank Lovoi spoke out in favor of preserving Gus Wortham Golf Course. Frank appears at approximately 19:07 in part two. He is followed by comments from Mayor Parker. Then, Councilman Rodriguez yields his time to allow Frank more time.
