Idylwood Updates its Deed Restrictions

On July 31, 2017, Idylwood filed its First Amended Deed Restrictions in the real property records of Harris County, Texas.  Because the Civic Club obtained consents of owners representing more than 75% of the lots in the neighborhood, these deed restrictions govern all homes in the subdivision regardless of whether you signed a consent agreeing to them or not.
